Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Statement explains how Infinite Foundry, Inc. (“Infinite Foundry”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and its affiliated companies (except those with their own privacy statements) collect, process, use, protect and share the personal data we obtain about you, in accordance with your privacy rights under applicable laws, including Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018).

(“Infinite Foundry”, “we”, “our” or “us”), is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Statement describes the personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have regarding that information. This Privacy Statement applies to our websites, meetings, webinars, messaging platform, related collaborative resources and Infinite Hub (collectively, “Products and Services”).

General Information

This Privacy Policy contains information on the collection, use, storage, processing and protection of the personal data of users and visitors to hub.infinitefoundry.com and www.infinitefoundry.com in order to demonstrate absolute transparency on the subject and clarify to all interested parties the types of data that are collected, the reasons for collection and how users can manage or delete their personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users and visitors of hub.infinitefoundry.com and www.infinitefoundry.com and integrates the General Terms and Conditions of Use of hub.infinitefoundry.com and site www.infinitefoundry.com, duly registered with the CNPJ under no. 22. 473.800/0001-62, located at Rua Machado de Assis, n° 200, Sala 206, Bairro Santo Antônio, São Caetano Do Sul/SP – Cep 09.530-310 and registered under registration number 514.404.272 located at Rua Paulo Da Gama, 629, Porto, Portugal, CEP 4150-589 hereinafter referred to as Infinite Foundry.

This document has been prepared in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/18), the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law 12.965/14) (and EU Regulation 2016/6790). In addition, the document may be updated as a result of any regulatory updates, which is why the user is invited to consult this section periodically.

How do we collect user and visitor personal data?

The personal data of the user and visitor is collected by the platform as follows:

  • When the user creates an account/profile on the hub.infinitefoundry.com platform: this data is basic identification data, such as e-mail, full name, city of residence and profession. This data allows us to identify the user and visitor, as well as guaranteeing greater security and meeting their needs. Users and visitors are aware that their profile on the platform will be accessible to all other internal users of the hub.infinitefoundry.com platform.

What personal data do we collect about users and visitors?

The personal data collected from users and visitors is as follows:

  • Data for creating an account/profile on the hub.infinitefoundry.com platform and www.infinitefoundry.com e-mail, full name, city of residence and profession.
  • Data for optimizing browsing hub.infinitefoundry.com and www.infinitefoundry.com access to pages, keywords used in the search, recommendations, comments, interaction with other profiles and users, followed profiles, IP address.
  • Transaction data: payment and transaction data, such as credit card number and other card information, as well as payments made.
  • Newsletter: the e-mail address registered by the visitor who chooses to subscribe to the newsletter will be collected and stored until the user requests to unsubscribe.

For what purposes do we use your personal data?

The purpose of the personal data collected and stored by the hub.infinitefoundry.com platform and www.infinitefoundry.com website is to:

  • User and visitor welfare: improving the product and/or service offered, facilitating, speeding up and fulfilling the commitments established between the user and the company, improving the user experience and providing specific functionalities depending on the user’s basic characteristics.

How long is personal data stored for?

The personal data of the user and visitor is stored by the platform for the period necessary for the provision of the service or the fulfillment of the purposes set out in this document, in accordance with the provisions of item I of article 15 of Law 13.709/18.

The data may be removed or anonymized at the user’s request, except in cases where the law provides for other treatment.

Furthermore, users’ personal data may only be retained after the end of their processing in the following cases provided for in article 16 of the aforementioned law:

I – Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation by the controller;

II – Study by a research body, guaranteeing, whenever possible, the anonymization of personal data;

III – Transfer to a third party, provided that the data processing requirements set out in this Law are complied with;

IV – Exclusive use by the controller, with no access by third parties, and provided that the data is anonymized.

Security of stored personal data

The platform undertakes to apply technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access and from situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or dissemination of such data.

Credit card data is encrypted using “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) technology, which guarantees secure and confidential data transmission, so that data transmission between the server and the user is encrypted.

The platform is not exempt from liability for the sole fault of third parties, such as in the event of an attack by hackers or crackers, or the sole fault of the user, such as in the event that they themselves transfer their data to third parties. The site undertakes to notify the user in the event of any breach of the security of their personal data.

The personal data stored is treated confidentially, within legal limits. However, we may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Data sharing

User data is only shared with data relating to posts made by the user themselves; such actions are shared publicly with other users.

User profile data is shared publicly on search engines and within the platform, and users are allowed to modify this setting so that their profile does not appear in the search results of these tools.

By accessing our services and providing your information, you are consenting to the processing, transfer and storage of this information in other countries.

When you are redirected to a third-party application or website, you will no longer be governed by this Privacy Policy or our platform’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Cookies

Cookies refer to text files sent by the platform to the user’s and visitor’s computer and stored there, with information related to browsing the site. Conflict resolution jurisdiction

Brazilian law shall apply in full to the resolution of any disputes arising from this instrument.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the district in which the company’s head office is located.
